I do not have troublesome recipes because I make rebatch and mp. Now, when I made my chocolate espresso that was hard. Anyone who rebatches knows you have to be quick so that the batch you've just rebatched doesn't harden up too much before it goes into the mold. Now I decided to be creative and make a bottom layer of chocolate, middle no scent just white creme, then chocolate scent on top. Wow it took 20 mins to mix properly, plop into mold, press down hard, then plop again! I was beat after making that batch. I thought about everytime I make the batch I will make it differently! My creativity sucks so this has become one way to feed that craving!
