What causes the spots?

Hi everyone,
I've been making cp soap for a while, and each time when I cut the bar I notice the small spots. It shows especially when I use color. The soaps are great to use, and after a rinse the spots disappear, but it doesn't look good. Help?

Are you using palm oil? If so, these might be stearic spots. Palm oil needs to be stirred well before using. If not, maybe the spots are ash, which will wipe or wash off.

I am using palm oil, which comes in the form of a hard butter. How should I stir it to avoid the spots? When should I do the stirring?
