Tray type molds

I thinking about trying a silicone tray molds. My question about these is what is the best way to separate or cut the bars apart?

They are already marked for bars so I would use a sharp knife or bench scraper.

Same as shunt, a sharp knife. But you can also use a wire cutter with these if you have one of those that will do one bar at a time, although you may have to cut down the long-way first to make them fit your wire cutter base more easily.
