Titanium dioxide - water or oil soluble?

I purchased some titanium dioxide from Essential Depot a while ago and don't know if it is water or oil soluble. I checked the website and it's no longer available. Left a message and they haven't gotten back to me.

Does anyone use their titanium dioxide? Or is there a way to tell which one I have?

Try mixing a little in water and some in oil and see what happens. Shouldnt be to hard to tell which is the right one

you can mix either in glycerin

Yeah try it in water. If it doesn't disperse instantly and evenly, it's for oil.
