"Start a Conversation"

In another thread, some mentioned a "Start a Conversation" button. So now, I am searching all over the forum for this button. The problem might be that I'm used to the app, so maybe I don't know what to look for on the actual website? Is this maybe one of those things that changed/disappeared during the big platform change?

It's the little envelope picture (at the top right of the page) ... not sure in the app whether it's the same icon?

It’s the button where you have a leivTe conversation with someone. The problem with it is that only 5 people can be part of the discussion.
