Last night, we watched the space station orbit over our house, which was really amazing. It started out really orange, moving really fast, but then when it was directly overhead, it was extremely large and bright. It was moving too fast to see it with a telescope. Should have gotten binoculars. Anyway, my DH found this site at NASA which tells you where it is, and when it may be in your area.

I am a nerd. I know

That's neat! I didn't realize we could see it. We saw something last year, course now I can't remember what it was...i'm going to see if we can see it this weekend. Supposed to be visible for 4 minutes!

Thanks for the info! My husband loves anything space related so I'll be sure to tell him. :)

Too cool. We saw it when were were in Badlands National Park, last year. It's really something to see. Unfortunately, I'd never see it where I live...

It was too low tonight for us to see. 17degrees max elevation..not gonna happen here with the houses.

Tomorrow is 51 so we may see it and it's 3 minutes tomorrow.
