I have one also. I used coated wire shelving for shelves. On the very top shelf, I put a small fan, pointed down to circulate air on the drying soap. I put the fan on a timer, so it only comes on every few hours. It was nice for the summer months. I've cut back on when it comes on now that it has gotten cooler & dryer here.

Got the rack and pans from Webstaurant store,the rack arrived in good shape,but it took 3 shipments to get the pans right,each shipment of pans came with damage.Their packing and their shipper(fed-ex)are somewhat lacking.But I really like my rack.So glad Was able to keep my man card when I started making soap,makes me appreciate the finer things in life
