Soap dough?

Anyone know how to make this? I'd seen it on an infomercial once but now I see it on Etsy..

yep I made a similar recipie. I wasn't too keen on it as I hard a hard time mixing the cornflour through the mixture. In the end I ended up cutting the soap up and sticking it through some other m&p soap, wouldn't mind trying it again to see how it goes.
