so many palm oils ????

just checked out Columbus food ,I can pick up...was looking for palm oil, so many choices, if somebody could fill me in on the differences???

I buy the organic palm ($14.70).

You have to melt it and stir it before using. I usually just stick the whole bucket in a large pan of hot water and it melts pretty quickly.

You'll probably want to google that, because palm and palm kernal are two completely different oils and you'll want to know the difference. I like the organic sustainable palm oil.
