OK so I am trying to find a good scent for my shampoo bar. I was thinking coconut papaya. What do you guys think?

That sounds nice, but you probably won't get the coconut smell you were after, it's very elusive.

Why not go with EO's that are beneficial for the hair? I use a mix with cedarwood, pine and rosemary. Smells great!

I made cucumber melon, and eucalyptus mint which I love and I make a Mango. I don't sell these I mostly give them to family. Unfortunately, I'm one who doesn't have a lot of luck with the bar shampoo but I do use it once a week to really clean my hair. As for EO's that are beneficial for the hair there's really no proof that anything beneficial survives the lye reaction though you can make some awesome scents with EO's too. Make what appeal to you and if you plan on selling then what may appeal to your customers.
