I've decided to use fresh seawater in one of my recipes. Due to the fact that these bars are obviously going to contain larger amounts of salt than usual I'd like to hear from everyone on the recommended weekly usage of these saltwater bars. I used a typical recipe of OO, CO, Mango Butter & Caster. One recipe I also added safflower oil. Also added were pieces of seaweed.

You can use them everytime you shower if your skin like them. The salt isn't going to damage or hurt your skin.

I love the salt bars. When i do break one out, I use it for face and body and my skin loves me.
I was thinking about getting one of my boating friends to collect me some salt water to use in all of my bars, but i dont want to be dependent on someone else to get me enough to suit my needs consistently.
