Recipes?

I really need some recipes how to make hair conditioner and lotion! I want to use preservatives and emulsifiers and cetyl alcohol. I have read one tutorial, but if you know good one tell me.

And I tried google, but I didn't find good recipes, all was without preservatives and emulsifiers.
