Question on fragrance

So I bought the Brambleberry beginner's cold process kit and saw that the bottle of fragrance says

DO NOT APPLY UNDILUTED DIRECTLY ON SKIN

The recipe juts says add X ounces of fragrance to the soap at the right time...nothing about diluting it. Do I just weigh it, pour it in, and never dilute it?

You don't dilute it, just weigh it and add it at trace. That message is just a warning so people don't use it on the skin like perfume.

it gets diluted by all that soap.
