The chrisco one is a very pale light yellow colour, and is high oleic. I bought that one. I don't use sunflower a lot, but occasionally I do like it.

Where do you get a good price on the light olive oil, Crissy? I buy mine at Costco. I pay $22.99 for 5 liters. For the light one it is $19.99, but only 3 liters. Is there such a difference in the soap that it is worth the price difference?
