sadly, I was looking at the wrong recipe when weighing out my lye, I am about 6oz short. It's obviously VERY soft. My thought is to mush it up in the crock and add 50/50 lye/water.
Any advice is greatly appreciated! I'm actually surprised that I was able to cut it at all! I guess it's about 60% super fat!

Oh, it's so pretty too. I think your approach is the way to go. Figure out exactly how much lye you need and rebatch.

If it ends up soft enough use a hand blender to get it really mixed. This might whip in air, possibly enough to get floating soap but that could be cool.

If it's really wet, try cooking some of the water off before molding.

I had the advantage of the soap being VERY SOFT, and mistakenly using not much water to start with (was HP, 38% lye solution ). This is ALL because I've been too busy to make soap for a couple of months!! Ugh!!!
