Oatmeal milk and honey

Recipe I am using does not include palm kernel oil in ingredients.
Yet it does list it in the instructions.
Do I add it or eliminate it?

Book is:

Handcrafted soap make it today, use it tonight by Dolores Boone.

Can anyone help????

.... need the recipe to be of any help, i would say try a different recipe because it sounds like the one you have is a little off... but i could be wrong... it should have been included in the initial ingredients... which means there is probably a typo and you could wind up making a batch of soap that could hurt you or whoever uses it... so be careful! soap with caution please
