How many of you use the no stir palm oil? My first order of oils, I just got the 7lb jug but find it pretty cumbersome to melt it all to mix it up before using in a recipe. We ended up melting, weighing it and separating it out into containers so we wouldn't have to melt and mix it each time, but that messes me up when I want to try a new recipe.
I was thinking of purchasing the no stir palm oil from Columbus. Are there any drawbacks to it?

JBB -

I'm sorry I just saw this post. I love the no stir homogenized palm from Columbus. It's so easy to use - creamy soft and easily scooped. The downside is it won't be homogenized if it melts in transit. Then you would have to stir it before using it. So, only order it in the cooler months.
