Newbie from DC!

Hi!! My name is Lindsey, I'm located in DC and I'm new to soap making. I made my first batch on Saturday! It came out pretty good, a little bit soft but I used almost 50% Olive oil so it was to be expected ( I did 48% OO, 40% CO, and 12% Almond Oil). I'm looking to get much more practice and create bodily cleaning and spiritually cleansing soap. I'm really glad this forum exists and I'm excited to make more soap!!
