When we're talking about not using pure essential oil undiluted we are referring to applying it to the skin. When you are adding it to a soap, lotion or balm you are already diluting it. Just remember that the generally accepted safety %age is 3% which is therapeutic to a large %age of the population. There are some you can use high amounts just remember to research the oil really well if you are going to take it higher so you know what the contraindicators are.
