I have some silicon ice cube trays that I bought a while ago (why, I don't know). Anyway, I saw a recipe in one of AM's books and gave it a shot, using those trays. I used the neons from BB and scented the batch with Nuture's Avobath (which is very bright and citrusy).

Happy Fourth!

The soap popped right out of them (I did use sodium lactate).

Yea, I like silicone for that. I made some made from scratch glycerin soap that I poured into silicone molds. No sodium lactate, but mine popped out easily too. I also use silicone in baking fairly often. I LOVE how brownies come out baked in silicone cupcake cups.

I have those moulds too! Love them, very elegant looking and a 500g
of oils soap batch fits perfectly.

Love the soaps too, the cosmic wave swirl is by far my favourite technique!

For those that watch Game of Thrones, you'll know what I mean when I say that these cubes are COVERED with greyscale. Grrr stupid ash.:mad:
