My soap crumbles...

I made a batch of soap. The color looks great - smells wonderful - it crumbles/falls apart.. :cry:

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, What causes this?

Did you check for zap to see if it is lye heavy? Did you get a partial gel?

How did you insulate your soap? your temps?

My first 2 questions would be did your soap overheat when gelling or is it lye heavy?
