Duck hunting isn't that big in South Africa (that I know of). But deer fat is a resource I will have that otherwise would have gone to waste, so might as well learn to utilize/monetize it :-D

It's palm KERNEL that is similar to coconut oil. Palm is more like lard ... not stripping at all.
