Milky Cloudy Liquid Soap

Hello. My soap has turned milky after diluting. Oil blend:
Coconut 55%
Olive 30%
Castor 10%
Hemp seed oil 5%
10% excess Lye. pH of diluted soap is 8.6
I've added 10% more Lye. pH is 12. Solution is still cloudy.
Please help. What can I do to make it clear?

My soap has turned milky after diluting.

In my experience, this is an indication that the paste was not fully saponified before diluting. Either cook the paste longer or let it rest until it passes the clarity test or when phenolphthalien drops turn clear.
