Does anyone have a source for good quality lavender buds, I could make a "tea" with?

I was fortunate enough to find a place here in Charleston that sells organic lavender and other herbs, oils, oatmeal and sea salt. They are so much cheaper than the big health food stores. Very knowledgeable about what herbs and EO are good for various things.

Even tough I do MP I mix organic oatmeal and herbs in it. Wonderful
