Does lather improve with cure for cp soap? Meaning does it get more lathery with cure?

Yes, the lather will improve with cure.

Yes, the lather will increase with cure most definitely and absolutely............... but just keep in mind that how great of an increase will depend on how many of the bubble-producing oils you used in your recipe, such as coconut, PKO, and/or babassu.
