He isn't the most timely person when it comes to responding to e-mails, and he's never returned a phone call. But aside from that, I've never had any problems with them.

well, I believe if you run a business and somebody gives you money, you have to at least respond to emails within I would say 3 days.
I gave up calling, the voice mail is always full
