Tiggy is a wonderful soaper - so talented and inventive. Did you know she got soap in her eye last year or perhaps the year before. The glasses she uses now is a result of that.... I actually have some of them too and they are actually comfortable!

Orange juices has a pH about 3, sodium hydroxide, 14. So if you are making a batch using 500g oils, 70g NaOH, 175g orange juice, you could actually calculate how much neutralization takes place between the NaOH and juice ...

From the way Siefenblasen's post was worded, I suspect she was setting up the problem for someone else to punch the calculator buttons. :)
