I was perusing the internet and ran across this Etsy listing...

Is it possible, or safe, to make an edible candle?

There are edible soy waxes, shea butter and coconut oil; so if they used those along with edible flavor oils, I guess the answer is yes.

I agree with lsg, sure it can be done, but my huge question would be why. WHY would anyone A) want to make it - besides the novelty factor I can't think of any other reason, and B.) WHO would buy something like that? Again maybe for the novelty factor but … IDK it just goes back to my saying. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should do it... SMH


ETA: I should have clicked the link before replying. It looks like a "massage" candle, meant for couples at Valentines Day.
But don't even get me started on those either. …
