Ok this is my recipe for the 3 oil swap, my 5th batch and only my 2nd recipe I did myself. My first recipe is still curing and its still pretty soft and bendy.
avocado 20%
olive 45%
palm kernal 35%
I'll probably add in some sugar and silk (1st time using this), maybe use GM. I've never done GM before this could be a big disaster.
The numbers go as follows
Hardness 36
cleansing 21
conditioning 58
bubbles 24
lather 14
iodine 61
INS 133
I am still in the learning phase and it is quite over whelming most of the time. So many numbers to have to keep up with. Please let me know what you all think of this recipe.
