I added .08 fragrance oil...looked at the description for labeling, it says 5.1% skin safe.
Thoughts?

Ok I'm editing...i looked back at my recipe and notes. It says fragrance ratio, .8--- 69 g for a 49 ounce oil wt recipe.

And what are the units -- percent or ounces or grams or ???

Okay, all these numbers are really confusing.

If you have a 49 ounces of oils and the max rate for the FO is 5.1%, then --

Max wt FO = Max percent FO / 100 X Wt of oils
Max wt FO = 5.1 / 100 X 49 ounces = 2.5 ounces

In grams that's --
Grams = Ounces X 28.3
Max wt FO = 2.5 ounce X 28.3 gram/oz = 70.7 grams

Oh gosh i figured it out yesterday... Lol...my recipe calls for .8 oz ppo. The skin safe is 5.1% for the recipe. They end up being about the same amt. This had me crazy for a few days. Lol
