How to get soap to oxidate?

That looks like a discoloring fragrance with the bar cut in half. It's possible to imitate that with a partial gel but I dont know how to control gel that well. (I'm just new to attempting gel)

Its the process which is done by letting castile soap to cure but I'm not sure how to achieve it, but there are no fragrances.
 
Walk on the soap, sit on the soap, build a wall with the soap and let it weather in a drafty garage for a year and then smack it down with a mallet ;) No, I don't know how to get that effect but I love those videos of traditional soap.
