Does anybody know the safety recommendation for Scent Works fragrance oils.. I want to make a scented lotion bar and I have searched their website without any luck?

1-2% is usually a safe bet, having no information to go on - it is a leave on product so less is better

Thanks for the reply ,, but what about if I where to make solid perfume, would it be ok to use a little bit more?,, I did send an e mail to the supplier but no answer :?

Did you look through the IFRA for the fragrance oil that you plan on using?

It would probably fall under Body Creams, Oils and Lotions.

I tried but i couldn't find anything,, and I am still waiting on a reply from them

I wanted to make Full Moon (Vetiver) and Pink sugar solid perfume and lotion bars.

I finally found info on their website,,

"We recommend an absolute maximum concentration of twenty percent (20%) in any solution in accordance with IFRA(5) guidelines"

I think that is about the amount you could put in a solid perfume and about 1-2 % in lotion bars,, or am I misunderstanding something?
