Why is the water weight undefined - or is NaN something I haven't heard about? Google says 'not a number'. I initially thought sodium nitrogen

Looks pretty similar to one of my favorite recipes (I don’t use castor). I usually give it at least 3 month cure but it’s good to go at 4 weeks

I'm not sure! I used the water:lye ratio option.

Looks like something got typed in wrong. What ratio were you planning on using? I go with 2:1
