Brand new to the forum, thanks for having me.
I've been making CP soap for about 15 years - on and off (mostly off) - as a hobby. I recently decided to start soaping again to further my efforts to reduce or eliminate chemicals and synthetics from my home. I had forgotten how much I enjoy making soap, and I've been whipping up batches right and left. I finally started giving soap away to friends just to get it all out of my apartment.
Several people suggested that I start selling my soap, so I'm in the process of setting up a business and an etsy store and making lots of inventory and hope to start selling online in a few months. I'd love to eventually sell at one of the tremendous farmers markets or flea markets here in the city, but I'm going to start small and just see where it goes.
I live in Brooklyn NY - in the neighborhood of Park Slope, which is how I came about "Park Soap" as a business name.
Looking forward "meeting" all of you.
