Help figuring out a recipe free of allergens

Check Crisco, some of it has palm oil, but the bars seem fairly soft.

I tried a recipe for G. Man using Crisco with palm and even with the tallow I thought it would be too soft. But I have to say I like Crisco in soap. It adds quite a bit of conditioning but I use coconut to help with hardness.

Quick question....

I found a silicone baking pan, and have never used one of these. Do I need to coat it with oil or anything? Or just pour it in? Thanks!

just pour it in, but silicone that is unsupported generally bows out a good deal once you pour the soap in. When I first started, I used silicone bread pans and put boxes on either side to keep them more upright.
