:p I am new to soaping. I have made one batch of castille soap and one patch of bastille. They are both still curing but I am already planning a honey walnut batch. Excited about trying new oils out. I have to be careful about what I use though as I tend to have sensitive skin. I am anxiously awaiting my first shipment from Brambleberry. I hope to learn a lot on the forum!

Welcome to the forum! I love Kentucky. We usually visit family there every year. Can't wait to see how the honey walnut batch turns out. That sounds like a great soap!

Hi Linzybelle! congrats on your first 2 batches. Are you using walnut oil for your honey walnut soap? I bought some walnut oil and powdered black walnut powder (for a pencil line). I hadn't thought of adding honey. Good idea!

Thanks all!

Kazmi, I ground up walnuts finely and added them at trace. Looks great. Can't wait to see how it is after it cures!
