    Hi there,
My name is Michelle and I have been cold process soap making for about a month now. I am a cook by trade but was looking for a creative outlet/potential small business to start from home. I live in New York, between the city and the Catskills, where there is a lot of great agricultural materials at my fingertips. While still very new to the process of soap making in general, it has been easy to equate it to my cooking experience. I have been soaping since August 10th and have made about 10 batches so far!

Joining this forum I hope to learn more about this craft/trade. It is always nice to be able to give & receive advice from people, beginner or experienced. Thank you!
