We will need a lot more information. Like what it is that you are having a problem with and what have you tried. Also what result are you trying to get.

I have tried with the recipe mentioned below :

What should be the temp. of the oils when adding the Naoh+water mixture to it ?
Does temp. of Lye water matter while mixing into the oils ?
For how much time we should leave it for saponification ?
After saponification when I added CAPB then left it on low flames for around an hour, what should be the temperature at that time ?

I don't know I guess I am doing some mistake in the temperature thing.

INGREDIENTSQUANTITY(%)
CASTOR OIL7.5
COCONUT OIL2.5
STEARIC ACID(HYSTERIC ACID)10
MYRISTIC ACID4
SODIUM HYDROXIDE (LYE)3.5
DM WATER7
CAPB (COCOBETAINE)17
SORBITOL 70 % SOLUTION15
GLYCERINE34
TRIETHANOLAMINE(TEA)3

Welcome! Your recipe is not melt and pour, which consists of simply melting a premade base and pouring it into a mold (with perhaps a few minor additives). The recipe you listed, and the process you described, sounds like you are trying to make what I would consider a "combar" or a "syndet" bar - a combination of soap and synthetic detergents.

That is a pretty specialized process far different from melt and pour. Perhaps an @Admin can move your post to the correct forum where it will be seen, hopefully by someone with experience in this process who can assist you.
