Glow in the dark pigment

New CP soap maker here!
I have some of the glow-in-the-dark pigment powder (from Nurture Soap). I've used it in M&P before, but now I'm wanting to use it in CP, and just want to know when the best time to add it to my recipe would be? Would I add it to my batter just like I would with my mica colorants?

Yep, add it just like mica. Just make sure to mix it well with whatever you are using. My glo in the dark pigments were lumpy and I had to mix it with a little oil really well to get it smooth.
