These glazes can be thickened,or thinned, and flavored to suit yourself.
I've made them for cookies, fudge topping for cakes, doughnuts and such.

Glazes can be put into plastic bags,I've used sandwich bags for small projects.Just snip a small corner of the bags and drizzle over cakes.Or use it to dip your sweet treats into.

Maple Glaze:
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
2 Cups powdered sugar.

Mix in a small bowl.Adjust the glaze if needed.

Chocolate Glaze:
3 Tablespoons Karo light corn syrup
2 Cups Powdered sugar
1/4 Cup Sweetened Cocoa Powder

In a medium sized bowl.Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa.Add the karo syrup.Mix well.

Vanilla Glaze:
2 Cups Powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons Karo light corn syrup

To flavor and color the glaze adding a few drops of almond, lemon, peppermint, orange food extracts can be used.Dehydrated orange, lemon peels work great to.Food colorings.Few drops at a time.

Fudgy Drizzle Cake Topping:

1 bag of semi chocolate chips
3Tablespoons Karo syrup

In a double boil method melt the chocolate chips until they are melted.
Remove it from heat.Stir in the karo syrup. It will thicken as it cools.
Adjust the thickness if needed.

Enjoy!!!

Munky.
