Depends on your intent for the mix and the corresponding IFRA rates of the FO. The vendor should supply safe rates.
Grapeseed has such a short shelf life. I don't think I'd use as the carrier oil for a perfume oil blend for that reason.
Grocery stores are carrying coconut oil nowadays -- I'm thinking of the clear oil that's liquid at room temperature, not the solid fat. This stuff is basically fractionated coconut oil, and it has a long shelf life, is nice on the skin, and not terribly expensive.

You asked the same question back in October only using FCO & 10ml bottles. It would be the same as recommended previously.
