fos on skin?

So, savonscents has tons of fos, they have roll-on samples for 3$, i guess it is safe to put fos straight on the skin?just wondered.
 
I think you need to ask them. Most FOs are too concentrated to meet the IFRA requirements and must be diluted. But maybe their roll-ons, since they are in applicator packaging, are already diluted.
 
I don't consider myself to be "sensitive" to fragrance or perfume, but I got some fo on my hand once and it did sting after a while.
But in soap I don't have any problems with it.
 
SOS I know USED to have different grades, their cosmetic grade was skin safe. I believe they all are now, I haven't used them in a while, but I know the ones that I still have around are fine on my skin.
