I found a couple of recipes online for foot sprays today.
They both call for Vodka.

I bought a foot spray from the Body Shoppe EONS ago.. it had a kind of cooling and drying effect on your feet and was great in the summertime for the tootsies! And you could spray it on sandals without worrying about it ruining your shoes.

I want to make something similar & also wonder if I can keep the oil and water from separating. I was thinking distilled water, tea tree oil, menthol liquid and peppermint EO or a cucumber FO.... what kind of preservative should I use and should I try a solubilizer to blend the liquids? Or not bother?

Recipe says:
Ingredients

1 cup distilled water
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 tsp. Essential Oil of Peppermint
1/4 tsp. Tee Tree Oil

And I found another one that instead of distilled water, uses Witch Hazel.

So...
Maybe 1 cup water or witch hazel
10 drops of peppermint EO (or replace with FO)
10 drops of Tea Tree Oil
10 drops of Menthol liquid?
Germaben and solubilizer (amount according to manuf. directions I have to check)

or is that totally out of whack?
