Is it possible to make fizzy lye-based bar soap? If so, can someone refer to me info/recipes? Thanks

Hmmm. I s'pose you could make a hard lye soap. Process it into a fine powder. Then add a bit of the powder to a fizzy bath bomb. Dunno. 
How would the soap be used?
