EO or FO to compliment Sage EO

I'm trying to design a soap for my boys teachers, for end of school. I'm going to be making an English Rose soap with roses ontop, and I want to make a Sage soap. Last summer I dried Russian Sage flowers and want to use them ontop of this soap.

Should I just use the Sage EO alone, or mix it with something. What EO or FO would be nice with Sage EO?

How about some rosemary and lavender, or a touch of vetiver and lemon?

I agree with Mike on the rosemary, it goes great with sage.
