Has anyone tried this Peacock Dye from here, and if so does it truely come out red in cp soap. It's pretty expensive and I don't want to order it if it doesn't work.
I know there was a thread on red dyes a while ago but I can't find it.
Thanks :)

Never tried the Peacock dyes but I was just reading about this today in some of the notes I had jotted down from the forum and someone said that TKB's Colorona Bordeaux produces a good red by using 1/2 tsp per 1/3 c raw soap. (sorry that I can't credit the source.....guess my note taking leaves a lot to be desired  )

TKB's Colorona Bordeaux is your best bet. If you use enough of the peacocok dyes to make a red, your soap will bleed. It will look like a halloween soap.
