Cultures in GM

Will using a GM with cultures (e.g. Kefir) affect the quality of the soap?

I made a kefir soap 2 weeks ago. I culture the kefir myself. It is obviously not going to be for it's probiotic value but for the lactic acid. Real kefir makes a great face mask too.
The only way I could figure how to work the kefir in was to do cold processed. The soap is still not very hard.
