Cold process with M and P embed question

Hi everyone,

I just made cold processed soap. I soaped cool and almost at room temperature.
I probably should have posted this sooner but I hope to still gel my soap so the colours will pop but am not sure if I should still gel my soap as I usually do with a melt and pour embed in it. The embeds are only half in the soap and the rest sticking out of the top of the soap.

i've never had a problem with my M&P embeds melting unless the soap overheats.

That's what I do, but unless the FO is a known heater or I'm making a milk soap, it's always been fine.
