Just put in a new order for oils/butters and I had to spend an extra $15 to waive the "small order" fee. I went perusing through the butters they had available and stumbled upon "Coffee Butter".

I am a coffee addict, so naturally I added it to my cart and hit "confirm order" before I even considered the practical application of such an enticing ingredient.

Have any of you used coffee butter in your soaps? I have future plans for a coffee soap (and every other kind of soap imaginable) and I would love to use this butter. I see from my oils table, it can be used in a recipie up to 10% of your total oils.

I'd love to hear your thoughts/experiences with this! :)

If I remember right, coffee butter is coffee oil in a hydrogenated soy base. You should confirm with the company to be sure.

SoapQueen does have some recipes for it from about a year ago. I’ve never really looked into them though
