I just picked up an order and my coconut oil is liquid. They don't sell fractionated coconut oil and I'm wondering if something is wrong with it. It's a yellow colour too and my usual coconut oil is always a beautiful white colour.

Should I take it back?
Use it as fractionated coconut oil?
Sit in a corner and cry (or rejoice) because it just cost me $82.00?

We've had days and days of over 30 degrees here and for the first time ever, I opened my bucket of coconut oil and instead of a white lump, I had a golden oil - so join the club.

melting point is 76 degrees and it takes time for it to solidify depending on how much you have.

and melted it's yellowish.

no worries if it's been warmer than that any time lately.
